As with all our stationery, our table plans are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. We want you to be excited to display them at your venue. Vintage, modern, floral, delicate, bold, plain, we've got wedding stationery to suit everyone's style. Perfect no matter what time of year you are getting married.

These table plans are easily adapted for any other occasion such as birthdays, balls, christenings, sporting events etc. Make the most of it and select double-sided printing to turn it into a dual-purpose display!

A3 is the smallest table plan we do and suitable for very small gatherings. If you are planning on displaying it on an easel, you may wish to consider a larger size such as A2. Please see our other listings for details.

Smooth 330gsm Card
Our smooth 330gsm card is available in white or ivory and is the same card used for a lot of our other stationery products. If you need us to trim your table plan down to a custom size, then please just ask when placing your order. Your proofs will specify the finished size.

Premium Textured Card
This beautiful, quality card is 350gsm and has a very slight textured feel to it. It comes in a warm cream colour and gives your stationery that luxurious look. If you need us to trim your table plan down to a custom size, then please just ask when placing your order. Your proofs will specify the finished size.

Double-Sided Printing
Choose to have something printed onto the back of your table plan. You might like to have a small sign or Order of the Evening printed onto the back. The choice is yours. It is fully customisable.

Please try and allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for any amendments, proofs, printing, and delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please select the Priority Processing option from the checkout page as well as a faster shipping option. Please see our information on Delivery for further details.

Email us at contact@vintageprints.co.uk with all the details you would like on your table plan. Please send all text typed with spelling and punctuation exactly as you would like it to appear as we copy and paste. Please do not use tabbing or spacing to space tables out. List each table separately, one below the other, as we need to be able to copy and paste each individual table.  We will create electronic proofs for you so that you have plenty of opportunity to make changes. Nothing goes to print until you are happy with it. Approved proofs are final, and we do not therefore limit the number of changes you can make to your electronic proofs within reason.

We recommend the A3 design for up to a maximum of 7 tables (top table + 6 others + a title section). If you would like to add more tables or if your tables are large, please consider the larger A2 and A1 options available.

Sizing is approximate:
A3 (29.7 x 42 cm)
This equates to 2x sheets of A4 paper!

Please check these measurements so that you are sure the table plan is large enough for your requirements.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, then please get in touch as it is likely your order didn’t go through. We always personally acknowledge every order placed.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select Priority Processing during checkout. Your order will still be dispatched using your chosen shipping option so be sure to select the fastest shipping method for your postcode (courier for mainland UK, Tracked 24 [not guaranteed] if this is not an option for your postcode).

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
