Our table plans can be fully customised to suit events of any scale — including weddings with 30+ tables or formal banquets with structured seating. The design shown here features 30 individual tables, but we can adapt any of our layouts to suit your guest list. Whether you’re hosting an elegant black-tie reception, a grand destination wedding, or a large-scale corporate dinner, our table plans are tailored to help your event run smoothly and look beautifully coordinated. For larger guest lists or events with many tables, we recommend choosing an A1 or A0 size to ensure all names are clearly legible for your guests. Our 2mm Card Table Plans are an elegant choice for any event. The card material is lightweight yet reasonably sturdy, ensuring your table plan can stand up to the hustle and bustle of your event. These table plans feature a sleek finish and sharp print quality, making them an ideal canvas for our diverse range of designs. From vintage to modern, floral to bold, you'll find that our designs shine on this material.
The main advantage of 2mm Card is its versatility, it's perfect for indoor events. It's easy to mount or place on an easel, offering flexibility in how you display your seating arrangements.
Our 5mm Foamex Table Plans offer a more robust and durable option. Foamex is a type of PVC foam sheet that is known for its strength and durability. Despite its sturdiness, it's surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to handle and display. One of the key benefits of Foamex is its high-quality print finish. Whether you opt for a simple, minimalist design or a more intricate, detailed one, you can trust that it will look fantastic on Foamex. Choosing the appropriate size for your wedding table plan depends on several factors:
The size of your guest list directly impacts the size of your table plan. More guests mean more names to fit on the chart, thus requiring a larger size.
The space available at your venue for displaying the seating chart is another crucial factor. You'll want the table plan to be easily visible and legible, but not overwhelming or out of place in your setting.
If your table plan includes extra design elements like images, graphics, or elaborate fonts, you might need a larger size to ensure everything can be clearly seen and read. At Vintage Prints, we offer four main sizes: A0, A1, A2, and A3.
A0 (841mm x 1189mm) is our largest option and is ideally suited for grand weddings with extensive guest lists. This size provides abundant space for large seating charts and intricate design elements. A1 (594mm x 841mm) is ideally suited for larger weddings, typically those with guest lists of 100 or more. This size provides plenty of space for large seating charts and additional design elements. A2 (420mm x 594mm) is perfect for medium-sized weddings. It's large enough to be easily read, but not so big that it dominates the space. A3 (297mm x 420mm) is our smallest offering and is ideal for intimate weddings with fewer guests. It's compact, yet still offers ample space for clear legibility and beautiful design details.
