We ship most orders using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce/DPD. However, this varies according to the size and weight of an order and the destination. We reserve the right to use a different courier at any time should Parcelforce not be available for any reason. We kindly ask that if you live in remote or offshore areas of the UK to get in touch for a price on postage before making a purchase as we may not be able to deliver to your location at the published price. To avoid disappointment, please contact us. Failure to do so may result in us emailing you for additional postage. We reserve the right to upgrade postage free of charge for any order. Shipping options will be available to you once you have put in a delivery address post code. If you are unsure about the shipping, please contact us directly. We are happy to give you a rough quote before you place your order. It isn’t usually possible to give an accurate quote until your order has actually been printed, packed, and weighed but we are happy to give you a price guide.

If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, we will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 working days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 or 2 working days from approving your proofs (excludes foiling). Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout. Please do not select 2nd Class postage as this will delay your order! During busy periods please allow an extra day for processing.
