Our printed signs are a simple way to guide your guests, share important information, or add a bit of personality to your day.
Each sign is professionally printed onto your chosen card and is available in sizes from mini A6 up to A3. For larger formats, please see our Large Sign listings.
If you have already ordered invitations from us, we can match the design to keep everything consistent.
This listing is intended for signs with minimal text. It is not suitable for table plans, timelines or order of the day boards, so please use our separate Large Signs listings for those.
As with all our stationery, these signs are fully customised and can be adapted for any occasion, including birthdays, balls, christenings and other events.
The most common question we’re asked is “Can we change this?” and the answer is always yes. Every sign is fully customised, so you can adjust the wording, layout, colours or overall design to suit your event.
Whether you are working from one of our designs or creating something completely new, just let us know what you would like when placing your order.
These signs are intended for simpler layouts with minimal text. For more detailed designs such as table plans, timelines or order of the day boards, please use the relevant listings.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED Card Colour: Smooth Warm White - Exceptionally smooth 340gsm card with a soft warm tone.
Smooth White or Ivory Card - A high quality 330gsm smooth card with a clean, crisp finish.
Premium Cream Textured Card - A thick 350gsm card with a lightly textured surface and a soft pale cream tone.
These options are all ideal for framing.
Sign Size Select your preferred size from the drop down menu. Please see the Sizing tab for exact measurements.
If you would like your sign trimmed to a different size, please order the next size up and add a note to your order with your required dimensions.
Orientation Choose between portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal), depending on your design.
Duplicate Copies If you would like more than one copy of this sign,
Event Date Please provide your actual event date so we can schedule your order accordingly. If you need your sign earlier than a couple of days before your event, please add a note to your order. The date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure the correct shipping has been selected in order for it to arrive in plenty of time.
Your Wording You can include your wording and any notes with your order or email them to us afterwards, whichever is easiest.
If you are sending images or QR codes, these will need to be emailed to us.
Processing Proofs, if required, are usually prepared within 2 to 3 working days. Once approved, printing and dispatch typically take 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time will then depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please allow up to 3 weeks for standard shipping.
If you need your order urgently, please select Priority Processing at checkout along with a faster shipping option.
Please send all wording exactly as you would like it to appear, including spelling and punctuation, as we copy and paste your text.
Where a proof is provided, you are welcome to request amendments, and nothing will be printed without your approval.

Once your order is received, we will use the information provided to create your design. Proofs, if required, are usually prepared within 2 to 3 working days and will be sent to you by email. Once approved, printing typically takes up to 5 working days. If you need your order urgently, please select Priority Processing at checkout as well as the fastest delivery option available for your postcode.

Each sign is created specifically for you, with your chosen wording, layout and styling. Once approved, your design is professionally printed onto your selected card: Smooth Warm White, Smooth White, Smooth Ivory or Premium Cream Textured.
