Our sleeve wedding invitations come in three sizes and are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. Choose how many cards you have in each invitation pack. Optional matching stickers and envelope liners give them another personal touch. We are careful to select only the best quality card so that we can create something for you and your guests to hold and cherish forever. We can create the rest of your stationery to match your chosen design or change these to match one of our other designs.

Choose how many cards are included in each invitation pack, as well as the size, card colour, envelopes, and any other additions you would like. Read on for a full explanation of every aspect of these invitations and how to order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The answer is YES! The one question we are asked on a daily basis is “Can we change the text/font/layout etc?”. We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your invitations differently from those pictured, just tell us when placing your order. Our photographs show just one example. Perhaps you’d prefer invitations for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Like the style but would prefer a completely different design or have a design of your own? No problem, please either order our Custom Design or you can simply add a note to this one. If you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create a sleeve invitation set to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
CARD COLOUR:  The invitation cards can be on a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or on our Premium 350gsm lightly textured cream card. Sleeves are on a matching paper or on 140gsm vellum. Please note that the ivory paper has been discontinued so this option is only available while stocks last.

INVITE SIZE: Available in full-sized A5, medium 5x7” or Mini A6, each with half-sized additional cards (A6 for 5x7 invites). Please see the Sizing tab for full details.

CORNER OPTIONS: Either leave the corners of your cards square or have us round them for you.

DAY OR EVENING: Each variation (day, eve, different language, different timings etc) must be ordered separately and is subject to the minimum order quantity.

ORDER TYPE
INVITE ONLY: This is the invitation card on its own with a sleeve & sticker, and without any additional cards. You can also opt to have printing on the back. Envelopes are included. If you’d prefer an invitation without the sleeve, please use our Standard Invitation listings to order. We can still match this design.

INVITE + 1 CARD: The invitation card plus one smaller additional card. You choose whether it is RSVP, Gift Message, Menu Options, or any other information or personal message. They are fully customisable! Don’t forget you can have printing on the back of cards too. Envelopes are included.

INVITE +2 CARDS: The invitation card plus two smaller additional cards. You choose whether they are RSVP, Gift Message, Menu Options, or any other information or personal message. They are fully customisable! Don’t forget you can have printing on the back of cards too. Envelopes are included.

INVITE +3 CARDS: The invitation card plus three smaller additional cards. You choose whether they are RSVP, Gift Message, Menu Options, or any other information or personal message. They are fully customisable! Don’t forget you can have printing on the back of cards too. Envelopes are included.

All of the above are fully customised for you. You will receive a digital proof so that you can check that you are completely happy with everything and can make any amendments before we send them to print.

ADDITIONAL LARGE CARD: If you find the additional small cards aren’t enough to hold all the information you’d like to include, you can add a card the same size as your invitation.

SLEEVE STICKERS TYPE:  All sleeves come with round blank stickers as standard. Choose whether you’d like a matt, gloss, or transparent sticker.

SLEEVE STICKERS DESIGN: All sleeve stickers are blank as standard, or you can have a matching/complimentary design. You choose what goes on it.

PERSONALISED GUEST NAMES: To keep things really neat and save time, you can opt to have us print the individual guest names on all your invitations. We must be able to copy and paste a list of names. The name(s) for each invitation must be typed on a separate line exactly as you would like them written and without any preceding numbers or symbols. Please request instructions from us if you are unsure.

PRINTING ON BACK OF CARDS: If you have a lot of information, you can choose to have it printed onto the back of the invitation or one of your additional cards. This is great for an RSVP card with menu options on one side and RSVP information on the other.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are available for a small surcharge. Just click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

ADDRESSED INVITATION ENVELOPES:  To keep things neat and save time, you can have us print all your guests’ names & addresses onto the invitation *envelopes for you. We will need a spreadsheet from you with the information for each envelope on a single row and each line on that envelope in a separate column. Please ask us for instructions and/or a blank template to fill in.
*We can only print onto light coloured envelopes.

ENVELOPE LINER:  We can create matching envelopes liners to fit into your invitation envelopes. We will create them to match the invitation design, but you can of course choose any other design to compliment your invites. Just let us know when ordering. You can have them loose so that you glue them in yourself, or you can opt for pre-assembled where we do that for you.

MATCHING STICKER TO SEAL YOUR ENVELOPE: A matching sticker for your envelopes gives a hint of what’s to come. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra stickers, you can order additional stickers here.

RSVP OPTIONS
RSVP ENVELOPE: RSVP envelopes come in two sizes to match the invitations. For full-sized A5 and medium 5x7” invitations, the RSVP envelopes are C6 and can be personalised with the return address. For Mini Invitations they are mini C7 in size and cannot be personalised.

RSVP ENVELOPE COLOUR: Kraft brown is our standard range, or you can select one of the other colours for a small surcharge.

‘Create’ your invite pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us at all within full 3 working days, please get in touch. Please add contact@vintageprints.co.uk to your safe senders list as proofs are sent using a different server and often end up in spam.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please check the ‘Priority Processing’ box during checkout.

Please note that your order will arrive with all separate cards & sleeves in stacks and sheets with stickers ready for you to assemble.
