Our elegant foil invitations are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. Tweak any aspect of the cards to make them just right for you. Opt for a single card on its own or add additional cards to include RSVP, Gift Message, or other information. We are careful to select only the best quality card so that we can create something for you and your guests to hold and cherish forever. 

In order to keep costs down we have a minimum order quantity of 30 for each variation (e.g. day, evening etc.)! The higher the quantity, the lower the price! Please ensure that you order enough invitations and include spares for any late additions to the guest list. RSVP envelopes & matching envelope liners or stickers are also available (without foiling).

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
CARD COLOUR:  Card used for foiling occasionally changes without prior notice as manufacturers worldwide struggle with supply and mills change their recipes. This has now happened again and our old warm white card has been discontinued. The good news is that our new equipment foils on our other cardstocks so smooth white will now be used as standard. Ivory is also available on request. Other colours will follow soon. Any samples ordered before 28th February 2025 will be different in shade to the new card types. Please always refer to the sample swatch cards we include with all sample orders for the actual card colour.

FOIL COLOUR:
We offer Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver foiling as standard but other colours may be available. We have swatches of all 3 colours available so if you’d like to see a sample, please order a Generic Sample of any foiling product. We do not yet have samples of all foiling products available. Please add a note if you’d like us to include additional foil colour swatches.

DAY/EVENING: If you would like different day and evening invitations, please add them to your basket separately. The minimum order quantity applies for each variation including a different language or even a slight variation to the wording.

INVITE ONLY:  This is the invitation card on its own, without any additional cards. You can also opt to have printing on the back of the card with or without foiling. You will receive a digital proof so that you can check that you are completely happy with the design and can make any amendments before we send them to print. 

INVITE +1 CARD: You will receive a personalised invitation card and one half-sized card of your choice (RSVP/Menu/Info/Gift Msg etc). They are fully customised for you. You will receive digital proofs so that you can check that you are completely happy with the design and can make any amendments before we send them to print. You can have the additional cards with or without foiling.

INVITE +2 CARDS: You will receive a personalised invitation card and two half-sized cards of your choice (RSVP/Menu/Info/Gift Msg etc). They are fully customised for you. You will receive digital proofs so that you can check that you are completely happy with the design and can make any amendments before we send them to print. You can have the additional cards with or without foiling.

INVITE +3 CARDS: You will receive a personalised invitation card and three half-sized cards of your choice (RSVP/Menu/Info/Gift Msg etc). They are fully customised for you. You can have the additional cards with or without foiling.

PRINTING ON THE BACK: You can opt to have printing on the back of the invitation or any additional cards. This can be with or without foiling.

ADDRESSED INVITATION ENVELOPES: To save you the time of addressing each envelope by hand, select this option and have us do the hard work for you. All we need is a spreadsheet or table with all the guest names and addresses. Each line on your spreadsheet represents one envelope. Each column on your spreadsheet represents one line on the envelope. Please ask us for instructions if unsure.

MATCHING ENVELOPE LINERS: Envelope liners can be customised to match your design. Or pick any other design from our website. Please note that they do not come with foiling as standard but this option is available if you’d like them. Please just email us separately.

MATCHING STICKERS: We can create matching stickers to add that little extra something to the invitation envelopes. Stickers do not come with foiling as standard but we hope to offer these very soon.

RSVP ENVELOPES: Opt to have RSVP envelopes to go with your invitations. For full-sized A5 invitations, the RSVP envelopes are C6. These can be personalised with your return address. RSVP envelopes for Mini A6 invitations are C7 and cannot be personalised.

Luxe Bonding: Add in Double or even Triple Luxe bonding for the ultimate luxury (email us for pricing). Deliciously thick card with 2 or 3 layers of card bonded together for that extra luxurious feel. Harder to bend and with zero ‘flop’! It’s kind of hard to resist!

A6 is half the size of A5 and twice the size of A7
A7 is the smallest and is half of an A6
C5 envelope fits an A5 card
C6 envelope fits an A6 card

‘Create’ your invitation pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to contact@vintageprints.co.uk afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch. We always email separately to confirm an order.

Please note that once we send foiling orders to print, the order cannot be changed! By sending them to print you confirm that all the details are correct on the proofs. If you are unsure about any detail at all then please ask before approving them. And please get someone else to proofread them too! Please ensure all elements of your order are shown on your proofs including stickers, sleeves, addressed envelopes etc. You are responsible for ensuring the proofs at the time of approval are correct even if you had previously requested edits in an email. If they are not visible on the proofs, they have been missed so you must point it out to us.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 2 weeks plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly, please select Priority Processing during checkout. Please also be sure to select a faster shipping method if you’d like your order quicker. Next Day Courier is the fastest.Our warm white cardstock has been discontinued so we now offer our smooth white or ivory card. More card colours are to follow very soon! The good news is that we are now also able to offer foiled envelope liners and hope to also soon offer foiled stickers. Watch this space or email/phone us for details. :)
