Our menus are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. These are ideal for placing on your guests’ plates or in the middle of the table.  These can be wine/cocktail/vegan/vegetarian/children’s menus too (each variation must be ordered separately)! We can also create the rest of your stationery to match your chosen design.

The one question everybody asks us on a daily basis is “Can we change x, y or z?”. The answer is YES. Everything we create is fully customised to suit your wedding or event.

OPTIONS EXPLAINED

MOUNTED MENU STYLE: Your menus are professionally mounted onto your chosen card colour and carefully finished by hand in our studio. You can choose from a range of shapes, including classic and more unique shaped options to suit your design. If you have a specific shape in mind, please get in touch and we can provide a quote for a bespoke shape.

HOLE PUNCH OPTIONS: Choose to have your menus hole punched or left plain. You can also opt to include a grommet for a cleaner, more finished look, perfect if you plan to add ribbon or tassels.

EVENT DATE: Please let us know when you need your order by. Please consider both our processing times and your selected postage option at checkout. As a guide, please allow up to 2 weeks for 2nd class delivery after your order has been sent to print.

INDIVIDUALLY PERSONALISED: If you would like each menu personalised with guest names and menu choices, we can do this for you. We will require a spreadsheet with your guest list and selections. Please email us and we will provide a template. You can also choose to have guest names only with a standard menu across all cards.

MENU VARIATION: If you require multiple menu versions such as vegetarian or children’s menus, these must be added to your basket separately as each version is processed individually and has its own proof. For example, if you need 60 menus made up of different variations, please add each type to your basket in the required quantities unless they are all varied in which you can select the spreadsheet option.

YOUR WORDING: You can either enter your wording when placing your order or email it to us after checkout at contact@vintageprints.co.uk.

All sizes shown refer to the backing card, meaning the overall size of the finished mounted menu, not the smaller card on the front.

If you would like a custom shape or size, please just get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Select your preferred options, add to basket and place your order. You can include your menu information at checkout or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

If you have chosen individual personalisation, please provide your details in a spreadsheet. Each menu should be on its own row, with each line of text in a separate column (for example Name, Starter, Main, Dessert). We are happy to provide a template if needed.

Once your order is received, a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using your information, usually within 2 to 3 working days. These will be emailed to you for review. We allow amendments within reason, and nothing is sent to print without your approval. If you have not heard from us after 3 working days, please do get in touch.

After approval, printing typically takes around 6 working days. The full process usually takes around 9 days, often quicker where possible, plus delivery time depending on the product and any amendments. If you need your order sooner, you can select ‘Priority Processing’ at checkout.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch most orders within 3 - 6 working days, depending on the product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Large orders with assembling, gluing or foil pressing may take a few days longer. All digital foiling takes around 3 full weeks to print. Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (no rush) – Royal Mail quote 3-5 working days however in our experience this often takes longer and can take up to 3 weeks. Please do not select this option if you need to receive your order within 3 weeks of approval for print. It really does mean ‘no rush’!

Royal Mail 1st Class postage (not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, in our experience this often takes considerably longer and can take up to 10 days. Please do not select this option if you must receive your order within 10 days of approval for print.

Tracked 24 (tracked but not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, this is not guaranteed and has been known to take a full 10 days. If it’s crucial you receive your order within 10 days of sending your order to print, this is not the option for you.

*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

If you require any other shipping such as Guaranteed Next Day or Saturday Delivery, please contact us separately for a quote. Most shipping options can be upgraded for a surcharge.

Shipping Abroad
Sadly, Brexit has made it impossible for us to ship to Europe. There are companies available that will handle this for you and provide a UK shipping address for you. Companies such as https://forwardvia.com/ and https://www.shopandship.com/ are just 2 examples. The best option is usually to have your order shipped to friends or family in the UK who can then forward things on for you.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
If you choose to add priority processing to your order, it will flag up for us and will then jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible once you’ve approved your proofs.
Please contact us for availability before placing your order if you need your order within just a few days. Large format items (Foamex/2mm Card) still need a minimum of 4 days to be processed, printed, and shipped. Traditional foil pressing also takes a few days because a plate has to first be manufactured before we can even begin pressing.

Digital Foiling orders (not to be confused with our traditional foil pressing) cannot be sped up once they have been sent to print so there is no need to select priority processing.

Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout so if you select 2nd class postage, the order will simply slow down once we’ve dispatched it. We recommend selecting our Next Day delivery service (UK mainland only. Weekends & holidays excluded).
