Our printed Reserved signs are a great way to show your guests where to go (or not to go)! Each one is printed onto your choice of smooth 330gsm White card or onto our Premium 350gsm Cream lightly textured card. These small signs are available in sizes from small A7 to A5. If you have had invitations or other stationery from us with a custom design, we can match them. This listing is for a reserved sign with minimal text only.
The one question everybody asks us is “Can we change x, y or z?”. The answer is YES! We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your signs differently from those pictured, just tell us when placing your order. Need the font or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. A reserved sign requires less editing than individual signs so please use our other listings for anything more complicated.
CARD COLOUR: Choose from a smooth white 330gsm card or our lightly textured Premium Cream card. The beautiful pale creamy coloured Premium card is noticeably thicker at 350gsm and has a wonderful lightly textured finish.
CARD SIZE: Choose the size you would like your finished cards to be and whether you’d like them to be flat or folded. Please see the Sizing tab for sizes and measurements. Available in sizes ranging from a small A7 through to a flat A4 (see Sizing tab for full info).
CORNER OPTIONS: Have us round the corners for you or leave them square.
You can opt to have your Reserved signs portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal).
INDIVIDUALLY PERSONALISED: Choose whether you’d like all the signs to be identical or if you’d like each reserved sign to be individually personalised with a name and/or title. If it’s a single name or title on each card, you can provide a simple list in an email or Word document without any preceding bullets/dashes/numbers etc. We need to be able to copy and paste the list in full. If you require a name AND a title on separate lines on each card, please provide a spreadsheet with the names in one column and the corresponding titles in the second column. Please just email us for a template if you’re unsure. If some are identical and others are individually personalised, please add 2 separate batches to your basket.
ACTUAL EVENT DATE: Please tell us the actual date of your event (not an earlier date)! This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure you’ve selected the correct shipping option. Don’t worry, you can also tell us the date you’d actually like to receive it by, even if it’s months in advance!
WHEN DO YOU NEED THIS BY?
As well as the event date, please tell us the date you would like this to be delivered by (it’s fine if it’s the same as the event date). We understand that sometimes customers travel to the wedding venue in advance or perhaps you’re just super organised and want to be sure you have everything well before the event. This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure it will arrive in plenty of time. Please remember to take processing and shipping times into consideration when selecting your postage option during checkout. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for 2nd class delivery AFTER processing time and your order has been sent to print (we all know how post can be delayed).
PROOFS: If you’re simply having the basic wording with no personalised text, you can save time by sending them straight to print. If you’re happy with having the shown text replaced with your own in the same layout and font, you can also save time by having them sent straight to print. If you’ve made changes or just aren’t sure, you can opt to have proofs drawn up (please allow an extra 3 days for processing). Please note that if we are unsure about the information you’ve sent, we reserve the right to draw up proofs regardless.
This is where you write out the text for your card(s) and any other notes for your order. Alternatively, you can email us afterwards. Whichever is easiest for you.
Please try and allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for any amendments, proofs, printing, and delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please select the Priority Processing option from the first checkout page as well as a faster shipping option. Please see our information on Delivery for further details. Please note that it takes a minimum of 2 - 4 working days to process, print, and dispatch such a sign so please contact us in advance if you are unsure of the timescale.
Please send us an email with all the details you would like on your sign(s). All text (spelling and punctuation) should be typed exactly as you would like it to appear as we will copy and paste. We will create electronic proofs for you so that you have plenty of opportunity to make changes. Nothing goes to print until you are happy with it, and we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your electronic proofs within reason.

*If you would like a mini A7 size, please order the A6 and add a note requesting it to be trimmed down to A7.

Folded cards are made from double-size cards and will have the same finished size as listed above. For example, an A6 Folded card is an A5 card folded in half.
Select the type of sign you would like by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for them with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.
Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs if these have been requested using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch. If you have not requested proofs, your order will be printed & dispatched within 6 working days.
We normally print an order within 3 - 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select *Priority Processing from the very first Checkout page. Your order will still be dispatched using your chosen shipping option so be sure to select a faster shipping method. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure of your timescale.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.
Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).
*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.

Reserved signs ensure that seating is kept free for relatives or members of the bridal party. Choose any design from one of those pictured or any other on our website of your own making. Have them all the same or individually personalised with guest names. We can fully customise the signs with your own wording and any design you like. Available on your choice of smooth White or Premium Cream Textured card.
