Available in 6 sizes, these liners add a personalised touch to your envelopes ready to be revealed when opened. Choose to personalise them with a message or a design to match your stationery. Opt to have envelopes pre-addressed with a return address for RSVP envelopes or with your guests’ addresses for invitations/save the dates or leave them blank. Small Square and Mini C7 envelopes cannot be personalised with addresses. To save time, select to have us assemble and fix the liners into your envelopes for you or opt to do this yourself if you prefer. Personalised stickers show off your design before the envelope is even opened and hint at what lies within.

We use a minimum of 120gsm paper for all our liners. They can be fully personalised to match your stationery. Should you require more than one design, please place the order for each one separately.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The answer is YES! The one question we are asked on a daily basis is “Can we change/add/remove etc?”. We fully customise everything so if you’d like to change something, please ask us. If you’ve had a custom design from us before or you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create an envelope liner to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
ENVELOPE SIZE: These are available in 6 sizes. Please refer to the SIZING tab for dimensions.

INSERT COLOUR:  We have 2 colours available: white and ivory.

ASSEMBLING:  If you’re happy to assemble these yourself, you will receive the envelopes and liners in separate stacks. The liners will be cut to size and creased for easy folding. All you need is a Pritt stick, some time, and a little patience! Can’t be doing with it? Then have us do the assembling for you.

ADDRESSES:  If it’s RSVP envelopes you are purchasing, you will only need to have a single address printed onto all the envelopes. If you need different names & addresses printing onto each envelope, then the multiple addresses option is for you.

PROOF:  If you haven’t requested any changes to the design, you won’t need a proof. If however, you would like to add text or change anything else on the design, you can request that we draw up a proof for you to approve.

ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. As they are of a natural, recycled material, colours can vary from batch to batch. Other colours are available for a small surcharge. Just click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

ADD MATCHING STICKER:  Matching heart-shaped or round stickers can give you that final personalised touch to hint at what’s to come before the envelopes are even opened. Available in Gloss White, Matt White or Transparent and in two sizes to match the envelopes sizes. Heart stickers are large Matt White.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES    
To keep things neat and save time, you can have us print all your guests’ names & addresses onto the invitation envelopes for you. We will need a spreadsheet from you with the information for each envelope on a single row and each line on that envelope in a separate column. Our envelope liners are made to fit the v-flap envelopes we supply with our stationery.
C5 envelope 16.2 x 22.9cm / 6.4” x 9” (fits an A5 card)
5x7” envelope is slightly larger at 13.3cm x 18.4cm (to fit a 5x7”/12.7cm x 17.8cm card)
Large Square envelopes 15.5cm / 6.1”
Small Square envelopes 13cm / 5.1”
C6 envelope 11.4cm x 16.2cm / 4.5” x 6.4” (fits an A6 card)
C7 envelope 8.1cm x 11.4cm / 3.2” x 4.5” (fits an A7 card & cannot be personalised)

Medium Stickers: 37mm Dia (for C5, 5x7”, C6, & Large Square envelopes)
Mini Stickers: 30mm Dia (for C7 & small square envelopes)

To help you choose the right size:
Large Square is our Tri Fold, Printed Gatefold, & Square invitation size
Small Square is for Square Save the Dates or mini additional cards to go with Printed Gatefolds
A5 is our standard/large invitation size
5x7” is for our pocketfolds
C6 is our Mini Invitation size, a large Save the Date or additional cards to go with a large A5 invite
C7 is our Mini Save the Date size or mini additional cards to go with a mini or square invitation.

Select your options using the drop-down menus and then decide if you require a proof (only necessary if your order will differ from the images shown). If you’re happy with the design as shown in the photographs, we are happy to send them straight to print. If you would rather have a proof, please select this option. Proofs will be drawn up usually within 2 - 3 working days. Once you have approved them, we will aim to print and dispatch them within 3 – 6 working days. Please note that pre-assembled orders take longer and although we will still aim to dispatch within 3 - 6 working days, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. Delivery will then depend on your chosen shipping option.
