Beautiful wedding menus suitable for any occasion on your choice of thick 330gsm Smooth White or ivory card stock or on our 350gsm Premium Cream Textured card. Complemented with a personalised name tag on the card colour of your choice. These are ideal for placing on your guests’ plates.

The one question everybody asks us is “Can we change x, y or z?”. The answer is YES! We fully customise everything. Either add a note to this order or use our Any Design listing.

FULLY PERSONALISED ORDER:
There is no minimum order quantity so whether you’d like a single personalised menu or 300, you’re in the right place.

MENU CARD COLOUR: Choose from a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or our lightly textured Premium Cream 350gsm card. The premium card is noticeably thicker and adds a luxurious look and feel to your invitations.

TAG COLOUR: We have selected the best quality card we can find for each of our colours ranging from 270gsm – 350gsm. Select the colour you would like for your tags that best matches your theme. This must be the same for each variation. If you would like a total of 30x Main menus but would like 15 of them to have a green tag and the other 15 to have a different colour, you must add each batch to your basket separately, even if you have chosen the Various Variations option. We have other card colours available but as we are unable to print on some of them, they are not all listed here. If you’d like a different colour to use as blank tags, please just email us and we’ll let you know if your colour choice is available.

MENU TYPE: Would you like both the menu and tags to be individually personalised or just the tags?
JUST THE TAGS:
If your menus are all the same and you only want the tags to vary, please select an option type (Main Menu, Vegetarian etc). Please note that if you need more than one type, you must add it to your basket separately (e.g. 20x Main and 4x Children’s). Please provide a simple list of the names without any preceding numbers/dashes/bullets. We need to be able to copy and paste the list in full. The menu can be listed as normal text in an email or on the order itself.
The tags are quite small so please keep names short. We find first names only work best. We can of course shrink the text down, but it may make them harder to read. Text will only be on one line and cannot wrap around to a second.

BOTH MENU & TAGS:
VARIOUS VARIATIONS: If you’d like both the tag AND the menu to vary between guests, you must provide us with a spreadsheet of each guest’s menu options. The menu will be individually personalised for your guests and the tag will have their name on it. Menus and tags are printed and cut separately and will be provided in separate stacks. They will not be in any particular order. To enable you to match the tags to the menus, we will print a small duplicate version of the guest’s name directly onto the menu card. This will be covered up when you attach the tag but will enable you to match the tag with the correct menu and ensure they can’t get mixed up.
We can provide a spreadsheet for you to complete with all the information but if you’d prefer to create your own, please read the instructions on the Order Process tab to ensure they are sent in the correct format.

CORNER OPTIONS: Have us round the menu corners for you (not the tags) or leave them square.

PRINTING ON BACK OF MENUS:  Select this if you’d like to have a design or further information printed on the back. Perhaps you’d like a vegetarian menu or details of drinks? Please note that it is not possible to have varying front and back information as it is not possible to get them to match up correctly when printing. At least one side of all cards must be identical. Please contact us in advance if you’re unsure about the information you’d like to include, and we’ll be happy to advise you.

PERSONALISED TAG: Either opt to have the tags/name cards left blank or choose to have them personalised with a very short message (such as a date) or guest name. Guest names will need to be provided in a single list without any preceding numbers/bullets/dashes etc. Be sure to write names exactly as you would like them printed, including capitalisation, as we will copy and paste them without making changes. Try to keep names short as there is limited space for any text and the more characters there are, the smaller the text will become. We find first names only, work best.  If in doubt, please email us.

PAPER CLIPS: We’ve found these beautiful teardrop clips that are just perfect for attaching your tag to your menu. Choose from Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver to best complement your theme.

ACTUAL EVENT DATE: Please select the actual date of your event (not an earlier date)! This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure you’ve selected the correct shipping option. Don’t worry, you can also tell us the date you’d actually like to receive it by below or in your notes, even if it’s months in advance!

WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY?
As well as the event date, please tell us the date you would like this to be delivered by (it’s fine if it’s the same as the event date). We understand that sometimes customers travel to the wedding venue in advance or perhaps you’re just super organised and want to be sure you have everything well before the event. This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure it will arrive in plenty of time. Please remember to take processing and shipping times into consideration when selecting your postage option during checkout. Please allow an additional 2 – 3 weeks for 2nd class delivery AFTER processing time and your order has been sent to print (we all know how post can be delayed).

YOUR WORDING: You can either list the details for your identical menu here, or you can email them to us afterwards at your convenience. Please remember that only one variation of menu can be provided with each separate quantity in your basket unless you’ve selected the ‘Various Variations’ option. Only the name tags will always vary for each batch. For varying menus, please email us the spreadsheet separately as attachments cannot be added to an order.

I NEED THESE QUICKLY: There is an option to select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout that will speed up the processing time for your order (not the shipping time). Priority orders jump to the top of the queue for drawing up proofs, printing, and dispatch. The order is then shipped via whichever shipping option you selected during checkout. The only guaranteed fast service is the courier delivery option (mainland UK). For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or Islands, please check with us as delivery charges may vary.

Order Process

Choose your card types and whether you’d like the cards to have rounded/square corners, or printing on the back, by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your menus with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience. Remember that each variation of menu must be ordered/placed in your basket separately.

If you have opted to have just your tags (not the menus) individually personalised, please send the information in an email, Word document, or spreadsheet. The names must be in a single column without any numbering/bullets/dashes etc.

If you have opted to have both the tags & and the menus individually personalised, we will need a spreadsheet with all the information typed out in full for each guest. For spreadsheets, please note the following: 
1. Names, Starter, Main, Dessert, & Dietary Requirements (if any) must all be in separate columns on the spreadsheet. Each line on the spreadsheet will represent one menu. 
2. There will be a maximum of 45 characters including spaces per line of text. Additional characters will move onto the next line down. Words will not be split unless they are already hyphenated.
3. We will automatically split long entries up over two or more lines. If you specifically wish your text to be broken up in certain places, you must put the returns in yourself within the cells. On Windows this is Alt+Enter. On a Mac this is Option+Enter. This will insert a line break within the cell. If you are unsure, please email us before completing the spreadsheet.

Please be sure to write names & details exactly as you would like them printed, including capitalisation, as we will copy and paste them without making changes. You are responsible for all spelling and punctuation.

We are more than happy to email you a spreadsheet with more detailed instructions. Please just email us.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch. Please note that menus and tags will be supplied in stacks ready for you to sort and assemble yourself.

We normally print an order within about 5 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order within 2 full weeks of placing the order (excluding bank holidays) you must select both Priority Processing AND courier delivery. If you would just like to receive your order quickly, you can of course still choose to select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout. Remember to also select the fastest shipping option as this is separate from the processing time.

NOTE ON SHIPPING: So often our customers place an order and assume that because they’ve selected 1st class postage, they’ll have their order in a matter of days. Please remember that the order must first be processed, printed, and dispatched. Royal Mail shipping is NOT guaranteed, and delays can and often do occur. If you do not have two weeks to spare, just for the delivery (not in total), please select the courier option. We are not responsible for delivery delays and do not refund personalised items. Please see our T&Cs for full details.

Shipping

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch most orders within 3 - 6 working days, depending on the product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Large orders with assembling, gluing or foil pressing may take a few days longer. All digital foiling takes around 3 full weeks to print. Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (no rush) – Royal Mail quote 3-5 working days however in our experience this often takes longer and can take up to 3 weeks. Please do not select this option if you need to receive your order within 3 weeks of approval for print. It really does mean ‘no rush’!

Royal Mail 1st Class postage (not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, in our experience this often takes considerably longer and can take up to 10 days. Please do not select this option if you must receive your order within 10 days of approval for print.

Tracked 24 (tracked but not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, this is not guaranteed and has been known to take a full 10 days. If it’s crucial you receive your order within 10 days of sending your order to print, this is not the option for you.

*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

If you require any other shipping such as Guaranteed Next Day or Saturday Delivery, please contact us separately for a quote. Most shipping options can be upgraded for a surcharge.

Shipping Abroad
Sadly, Brexit has made it impossible for us to ship to Europe. There are companies available that will handle this for you and provide a UK shipping address for you. Companies such as https://forwardvia.com/ and https://www.shopandship.com/ are just 2 examples. The best option is usually to have your order shipped to friends or family in the UK who can then forward things on for you.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
If you choose to add priority processing to your order, it will flag up for us and will then jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible once you’ve approved your proofs.
Please contact us for availability before placing your order if you need your order within just a few days. Large format items (Foamex/2mm Card) still need a minimum of 4 days to be processed, printed, and shipped. Traditional foil pressing also takes a few days because a plate has to first be manufactured before we can even begin pressing.

Digital Foiling orders (not to be confused with our traditional foil pressing) cannot be sped up once they have been sent to print so there is no need to select priority processing.

Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout so if you select 2nd class postage, the order will simply slow down once we’ve dispatched it. We recommend selecting our Next Day delivery service (UK mainland only. Weekends & holidays excluded).
