Listing our range of foiled belly bands/sleeves on this separate product page enables us to offer our best prices with quantity discounts. They are fully customisable and available in any design to match your invitations. We can change almost any aspect of the sleeve design so if you would like something altered, please don’t hesitate to ask.

These sleeves are an addition to any other foil invitation set. Please read on for full details.

SLEEVE COLOUR: Sleeves with foiling are only available on cream 170gsm paper to match our cream foiling products.
Manufacturers make minor changes to their card stock all the time without prior notice so there can be slight shade variations.

FOIL COLOUR
Foiling will be in the same colour as your invitations. Please note that Copper foiling has been discontinued.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The short answer is YES! You can choose any design on our website or even have a custom design. We will assume you want them to match your invitations but if you’d like them to be different, just tell us when placing your order.
Please note that foiling cannot overlap any of the printed design due to the way the printing process works. Please see our FAQs if you’d like a detailed explanation.

VARIATIONS
All sleeves will be identical. Only guest names (if selected) will change. All other text/design will remain the same.
If you do need a different variation, please email us as they must be ordered separately and the minimum order quantity of 30 will apply for each.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
SLEEVE SIZE:
SMALL: Suitable for mini A6 invitations, slim menus etc.
STANDARD: Suitable for all other invitations such as our A5, pocketfold, Square, Tri Fold etc.

GUEST NAMES
Have a guest’s name printed onto each sleeve. Great for wrapping around a menu on the guest’s plate for example. Please provide the list of names in either an email, Word document, or Excel spreadsheet. All names must be typed in a simple list without any preceding numbers, dashes, or symbols, and without any blank lines in between. Please do not send photos of lists. We need to be able to copy and paste the list in full.

SLEEVE STICKERS:
Stickers are used to stick the ends of the sleeve once it’s been wrapped around the invitation set.
None – If you don’t need stickers to fix your sleeve, select this option.
Blank Sticker - Let us know whether you’d like a matt white, gloss white, or transparent sticker. If not specified, they will come with transparent stickers. All stickers are round.
Matching Sticker – Matching round (no foil) personalised stickers. Let us know whether you’d like a matt white, gloss white, or transparent sticker. If not specified, they will come with transparent stickers as standard. Stickers are not foiled.

CONFIRMATION
You will need to tick this box to confirm that you are purchasing these sleeves alongside a foil invitation order or already have an open foil invitation order with us. If you do not wish to purchase foil invitations, please use a Standalone Sleeve Listing instead. This is because this listing excludes the foiling setup fee already included in foil invitation orders. If you wish to purchase these for a previous foil invitation order that has already been printed, please use one of the Standalone Sleeve listings to place your order.

QUANTITY
In order to keep costs down we have a minimum order quantity of 30! You do not need to purchase the same quantity as your invitations. Feel free to order extra if you’d like to use them for something else.

Either include the information for your sleeves in the text box provided, include it with the rest of your foil invitation order, or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Add the sleeves to your basket along with your foil invitation order. They will be processed along with the invitations as described on the foil invite listing.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
