Each tag is custom printed with your chosen wording and available in a range of shapes and colours to suit your style. They don’t have to match the design shown, your tags can be created in any of our website designs or even from your own custom artwork.

Each tag is personalised and professionally printed to match your stationery or event theme. Choose from a variety of shapes, with optional grommets in gold or silver and your choice of ribbon, velvet, twine or tassel. A wide selection of card types and colours is available, ensuring every detail complements your chosen design.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS EXPLAINED
Tag Shape
Choose from a selection of our signature tag shapes, each designed to pair beautifully with your chosen style. If you’d like something unique, we can also create a custom shape just for you (maximum finished size 8.4cm x 7cm). Larger tags may incur an additional charge.

Card Colour
Choose from a beautiful selection of card colours to coordinate with your stationery or event theme. Our range includes classic shades such as Smooth White and Ivory 330gsm, and our thicker Premium Cream 350gsm card with subtle texture, as well as other contemporary colours. Each card type is carefully chosen for its quality, print finish and ability to complement your chosen ribbon or backing card.

Foiling
Digital foiling is available on our smooth card types, currently white, warm white, and ivory. There is a minimum order quantity of 30x. Colours available are gold, silver, rose gold, and copper.

Holes Punched
Tags can be supplied with or without a hole, depending on how you plan to use them. If you choose to have a hole punched, it will be positioned centrally at the top, ready for threading with ribbon, twine or a tassel.

Grommet
Add a polished finish and extra durability with an optional metal grommet. Available in gold or silver, these neatly reinforce the punched hole and provide a refined detail when paired with ribbon, twine or tassels.

Backing Card
Add depth and contrast by mounting your tag onto a coloured backing card. Choose from a wide selection of shades, from soft neutrals to rich, bold tones, to complement your chosen colour scheme. Additional colours, including pearlescent finishes, are available on request. Please contact us if you’d like to explore these options. Backing card will be glued in place unless you specify otherwise.

Guest Names
If you’d like to use your tags as place settings or personalised favours, we can print individual guest names on each one. Once you’ve placed your order, please email us your list of names exactly as you’d like them printed. This can be included within the email itself or attached as a Word or Excel file. Please ensure the list doesn’t include any numbering, dashes or bullet points.

Tassels, Twine or Ribbon
Finish your tags with your choice of tassel, twine or ribbon for a coordinated look.
•    Velvet ribbon (10mm single-sided) adds a soft, luxurious touch.
•    Satin ribbon (3mm double-sided) is ideal for a classic, polished finish.
•    Twine offers a simple, natural style.
•    Tassels provide an elegant decorative detail.

Each option is available in a wide range of colours to match your chosen theme. Please note that exact shades can vary slightly between ribbon types and may occasionally change depending on supplier availability.

Proofs
You can choose whether to receive a digital proof before printing. If you’d like a proof, please allow an extra 2–3 working days for processing. For orders with similar wording and layout to our sample images, a proof isn’t usually necessary — we’ll format your text in the same style shown unless you’ve requested specific changes.

Your Wording
You can add text and notes here if you wish or you can simply email it all to us afterwards. Please try to use the same email address as the one provided on the order during checkout so that we can cross match. All text will appear exactly as provided, so please double-check spellings, names and dates before sending.

Tags with backing cards will arrive pre-glued and ready to use. Any ribbon, twine or tassels will be supplied pre-cut but not threaded through, so you can attach them as you wish once your order arrives.

If you’re working to a tight deadline, please select both Priority Processing and a fast shipping option at checkout to ensure your order is prioritised. Please check with us in advance if you are unsure of the turnaround.

Tag sizes vary depending on the shape you select. Please refer to our sizing image for approximate dimensions. Custom shapes can be created up to a maximum finished size of 8.4cm x 7cm. If you require a larger size, please contact us for a quote as this may incur an additional charge.

Ribbon and twine lengths are approximately 30cm. Please note that all measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to cutting tolerances.

Select your preferred tag shape, card colour and any extras such as ribbon, twine or backing card using the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your tags with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience. Files/attachments cannot be uploaded through the website, so please ensure you email them to us once you have placed your order.

When emailing, please use the same email address as shown on your order so that we can easily match your details.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will check your order details and, if requested, create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. If you have requested changes to the design, it may take longer. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Nothing goes to print without your approval. 

If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch. If you’ve selected to send your order straight to print, we’ll only contact you if we have a question about your order. Otherwise, it will bypass the proofs process and go straight to print.

Printing normally takes around 4–6 working days after proof approval. The full process usually takes around 5 - 9 days plus delivery time, depending on the product and whether any amendments are made. If you need your order quickly then please select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout and be sure to select a fast shipping option.
