Our standard wedding invitations are available in three sizes, A5, 5x7” and A6, giving you flexibility to suit your style and budget. You can enhance your invitations with optional matching envelope liners and stickers for a cohesive look from the very first impression.

Every design is fully customisable. Whether you would like to adjust the wording, change fonts, tweak colours or use a completely different design, we can tailor everything to suit your wedding. We can also create matching stationery across your full suite, ensuring everything ties together beautifully.

Build your invitation pack to suit your day by selecting the number of cards, size, card type, envelopes, and any optional extras. Each option is explained below to help you choose the right combination for your invitations.

Can I Make Changes?
Yes, everything can be customised. Whether you would like to change the wording, fonts, layout, colours or overall design, just let us know when placing your order. Our photographs show just one example, but every invitation is tailored to suit you. You can adapt any of our existing designs, use this layout for a different event, or request something completely different.

If you have your own design, you can use this listing and send it through to us after ordering. Alternatively, if you have seen a design elsewhere on our website, simply add a note and we will create a standard invitation set to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
Card Colour
Choose from Warm White 340gsm, Smooth White or Ivory 330gsm, or our Premium Cream 350gsm card. We can also supply a wide range of other specialist colours, including GF Smith, if you are looking for something a little different. For mounted cards, you can select from a range of coloured backing options.

Invite Size
Available in Mini A6, 5x7” or large A5. Please see the Sizing tab for full measurements.

Corner Options
Choose between square corners or rounded corners for a softer finish.

Day Or Evening
Each variation, such as day, evening, different wording, language or timings, must be ordered separately and is subject to the minimum order quantity.

ORDER TYPE 
Invite Only
The invitation card on its own, without any additional inserts. Envelopes are included. You can also choose optional upgrades such as printing on the back, duplexing or a backing card.

Invite + 1 Card
The invitation card plus one additional insert of your choice, such as RSVP, menu, information or gift message. Invitation envelopes are included.

Invite + 2 Cards
The invitation card plus two additional inserts of your choice, such as RSVP, menu, information or gift message. Invitation envelopes are included.

Invite + 3 Cards
The invitation card plus three additional inserts of your choice, such as RSVP, menu, information or gift message. Invitation envelopes are included.

Double Thickness Card (Duplexed)
Upgrade to a duplexed 600gsm card for a thicker, more substantial feel. Choose which cards you would like to have duplexed.

Backing Card
Your invitation card can be mounted onto a contrasting backing card. The backing card will be cut to your chosen invite size, with the invitation trimmed to fit neatly on top. The invitation will be glued in place unless you request otherwise.
Once selected, colour options will appear.

Additional Large Card
If you have more information to include, you can add an additional card in the same size as your invitation. This can be used alongside, or instead of, the smaller insert cards.

Personalised Guest Names
We can print individual guest names onto each invitation to save you time and keep everything consistent.
You will need to provide a list of names that we can copy and paste. Each set of names should be on a separate line, exactly as you would like them to appear, with no preceding numbers or symbols. Please ask if you would like a template.

Printing on Back of Cards
Add printing to the reverse of your cards if you have extra information to include. This works well for RSVP details, menu choices, or additional wording. You can also use the reverse for a design only, or leave it blank.

Additional Email Addresses You Might Use
If you plan to contact us from a different email address than the one used on your order, please list it here so we can match everything up easily. Some Gmail addresses may appear as gmail or googlemail, so it helps to include both if relevant.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
What Colour Envelopes Would You Like?
Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are available for a small surcharge. Simply select your preferred option.
If you are looking for a specific colour, feel free to ask and we can check availability.

Please note that not all colours are available in every size, and some may be discontinued by manufacturers without notice. We will contact you if your chosen option is unavailable.

Addressed Invitation Envelopes
We can print your guests’ names and addresses directly onto the invitation *envelopes to save time and keep everything neat.

You will need to provide a spreadsheet with one row per envelope, with each line of the address in a separate column. Please ask us for instructions or a template if needed.

*Please note that we are unable to print on dark coloured or Premium Peel and Seal envelopes.

Envelope Liner
Add a matching envelope liner to complement your invitation design. These can be supplied loose for you to assemble or preassembled by us. Liners are printed to match your chosen design, but you are welcome to request a different design if preferred.

Please note that envelope liners are not available for Premium Peel and Seal envelopes, and ivory paper is no longer available.

Add Peel & Seal Wax Seals
Add a peel and seal wax seal for a classic finishing touch. These are easy to apply and give a clean, polished look. If you are looking for a specific design or colour, please get in touch to discuss custom options.

Matching Sticker to Seal Your Envelope
Add a matching sticker to seal your envelopes and tie your stationery together. It gives a subtle hint of the design inside while keeping everything looking coordinated from the moment it arrives.
Choose from heart shaped stickers, or round matt, gloss or transparent options. You can customise the design to match your invitation. Additional stickers can also be ordered separately if required.

RSVP OPTIONS
RSVP Envelope
RSVP envelopes are sized to match your invitation. C6 envelopes are used for A5 and 5x7” invitations and can be personalised. Mini invitations use C7 envelopes, which cannot be personalised due to their size.

RSVP Envelope Colour
Kraft brown is included as standard, or you can choose from a range of other colours for a small surcharge.

Rsvp Envelope Liner
Add a matching liner to your RSVP envelopes to keep everything consistent. You can choose a matching design or something different to complement your invitations.

Liners can be supplied loose or preassembled. Please note that envelope liners are not available for Premium Peel and Seal envelopes, and ivory paper is no longer available.

Addressed RSVP Envelope
We can print your return address onto your RSVP envelopes for convenience. Please note that C7 envelopes cannot be personalised as they are too small to go through our printers.

Your Text
Use this box to include any notes or instructions for your order if you wish. You can add your wording here or send it to us by email after placing your order if that is easier.

Attachments such as images or design files will need to be emailed to us separately.

Quantity & Reprints
We have a minimum order quantity for new orders. If you just need a single invitation, please order a Personalised Sample. If you need reprints of a previous order, please use the link in the first paragraph at the top of the page.

Create your invitation pack by selecting your preferred options from the drop-down menus. Follow each step and make your selections. Further details for each option can be found in the Product Information section above.

You can include your wording with your order or email it to us afterwards if that is easier.

Once your order is received, a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have provided, usually within 2 to 3 working days. These will be emailed to you for review. We do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval.

If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of placing your order, please get in touch. We also recommend adding our email address to your contacts to prevent our emails from going into spam.

Printing usually takes around 6 working days after proof approval, plus an additional day if duplexing is selected. The full process typically takes around 10 working days, plus delivery time, depending on the product and any amendments made.

If you need your order more quickly, please select Priority Processing at checkout and be sure to also choose the fastest delivery option available for your postcode.
