Choosing the right Order of Service is an important part of planning any ceremony. Our Order of Service Samples let you see the print quality, layout, and design options in person so you can feel confident before placing your full order. Each sample is carefully printed in our Cotswold studio, showing the same quality and finish you’ll receive for your event.

The designs shown here are just a small selection of what we can create. You can order a sample in any of our existing designs, or request a custom layout made especially for you.

Why order an Order of Service sample? Your Order of Service sets the tone for your ceremony. A sample helps you see how the fonts, colours, and design elements work together so you can visualise how it will look on the day. It’s also a great way to compare different formats such as folded or booklet-style designs before placing your full order.
How do I decide on the format? If your ceremony is short and simple, a single folded card might be ideal. For longer ceremonies with hymns, readings, and wedding party details, a folded or multi-page booklet gives you more room without feeling cluttered. You can also add small touches like ribbons, vellum wraps, or foiled covers for a more polished finish.
What information should I include inside? Think of your Order of Service as both a keepsake and a guide for your guests. Include the key moments such as the entrance, readings, hymns, vows, and recessional, along with the names of your wedding party. Many couples also add a short thank-you message or a favourite quote to make it personal.
Can I order a sample in a different design? Yes. If your preferred design isn’t shown here, you can request a sample from any design on our website. If it’s not currently printed, we’ll send a similar version so you can still see the print quality, layout, and finish.
Can you print my own design? We can. If you have your own artwork or a design created elsewhere, we’re happy to print a custom Order of Service sample. Just let us know when ordering, and we’ll guide you through the setup process.
Do you have matching items? Most of our Order of Service designs have coordinating invitations, menus, and signage to create a seamless look throughout your wedding stationery. Once you’ve chosen your favourite, you can easily match it across your entire collection.
