Each sample shows how your guests’ names will appear, helping you choose the design that perfectly complements your invitations and menus.
You can order a sample in any of our existing place card designs, or choose an ‘Any Design’ sample if you have something specific in mind. Feeling creative? You can even use your own artwork or theme for a truly personal touch.

Why order a place card sample? A sample lets you check the size, print clarity, and overall finish in person. You can test how the design looks under your chosen lighting or alongside your table décor to make sure it fits your theme perfectly.
Can I order any design? Yes. The styles shown here are only a small selection. If you can’t find your preferred design, simply choose an ‘Any Design’ listing and include a note at checkout, or email us after ordering. We’ll send a sample that best represents your chosen style.
Do you print names on the samples? Samples are usually printed with a random name to show placement, but we can also leave them blank if you prefer to hand-write your names. Full orders can, of course, be printed with all your guest names ready to go.
How can I style my place cards? There are endless possibilities. Folded cards can stand neatly on their own, while flat cards can be placed inside napkins, tied with ribbon, or tucked into menus for a coordinated look. You can also add small sprigs of foliage or wax seals for an extra finishing touch.
Can you match my other stationery? Absolutely. We can match fonts, colours, and design details from any of your invitations or menus so that everything looks consistent across your tablescape.
