Our folded cards are lovingly printed front and back with any design or text you choose. The inside is left blank so you can handwrite a personal thank you message that’s as unique as your special day, but if you'd prefer, we can also print on the inside. You can choose from our carefully selected, top-quality card options—smooth white 330gsm, smooth ivory 330gsm, warm white 340gsm, or our lightly textured Premium Cream 350gsm card—each one chosen to feel beautiful in your guests’ hands and treasured for years to come.

We can match these cards to any design you’ve purchased before, just let us know when ordering. Every part of the design is fully customisable to make your cards extra special.

VARIATIONS
We get asked on a daily basis whether the text, layout, or design can be changed. The answer is YES! We fully customise everything, so you are free to word your cards differently from those pictured.

VERSION
If you’d like two different versions printing (where the text or photograph changes), please add these to your cart separately—selecting Version 1 for one batch and Version 2 for the other.

• A6 (approx. 10.5cm x 14.8cm) (A5 card folded to A6)

• 5x7 (approx. 12.7cm x 17.8cm) (A5 card folded to 5x7)

• Envelopes:

  • C6 (approx. 16.2cm x 11.4cm) for A6 cards

  • 5x7 envelope (approx. 13cm x 18.4cm) for 5x7 cards

Choose whether you’d like them Landscape (horizontal) or Portrait (vertical).

ENVELOPE OPTIONS

• Envelope Colour: Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are available for a small surcharge. We’ve searched for the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what’s available.

• Envelope Liner: Envelope liners are on white paper. They come either loose (pre-cut and creased, ready for you to stick in) or fully assembled (we do the fiddly work for you). We create them to match your chosen design, but if you’d prefer a different design to complement your invitations, just add a note to your order. They are sized to fit all our V-flap envelopes and are not available for our Premium White peel & seal envelopes.

• Matching Sticker to Seal Your Envelope: A matching sticker gives a hint of what’s inside. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra, you can order extra stickers here.

• Addressed Envelopes: To keep things neat and save time, you can have us print all your guests’ names and addresses onto the envelopes for you. We’ll need a spreadsheet from you with the information for each envelope on a separate row and each line of that envelope in a separate column. Please ask us for instructions or a blank template to fill in.

Select the relevant options from the drop-down menus and add them to your basket. Please click on the Information icon for an explanation of options available. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order, you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days then please get in touch.

We normally print a Thank You card order within 3 - 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 7 – 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select ‘Priority Processing’ from the shipping options during checkout and remember to select a fast shipping method.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
