We have a range of colours & sizes available ranging from C6 (great for RSVPs) recycled Kraft brown through to C5 pearlescent silver and gold. We have searched far and wide to find envelopes that are not see-through and are of the best quality at affordable prices.

Dusky Pink envelopes are one of four of our range of pinks. 120gsm with a gummed diamond flap. As the name suggests, a dusty pink colour to compliment any design.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
ENVELOPE SIZE: We have various sizes available. Measurements are all listed on the Sizes tab.

ADDRESS TYPE
RSVP, SINGLE ADDRESS: Select this option if you need all your envelopes to have the same return address on them.
INDIVIDUALLY ADDRESSED: If you’d like to have each envelope printed with the name(s) & addresses of your guests, this is the option for you. We will require a spreadsheet with the names & addresses. The name(s) and each line of the address should be in separate columns. Each line on the spreadsheet represents one envelope. Each column on the spreadsheet represents one line of that envelope. Please read the instructions pdf for further information or ask us for a template to complete when placing your order.

If it’s smaller RSVP envelopes you’re looking for, please see our separate Blank Envelope listings. Mini C7 and Small Square envelopes cannot be personalised as they are too small to fit through our printers.

DESIGN CHOICE:
OPTION #: The options listed here are our most popular combinations. If you’re happy with the design and fonts as shown, please select one of these. These are not customisable and will go straight to print using the details on the spreadsheet you provide. If you wish to tweak the design in any way, please select the ‘Other’ option instead and add a note telling us which font(s) you’d like to use.

OTHER, I’LL NEED A PROOF (+3 DAYS): If you’d like to change the font, layout, text colour, this is the option for you. These are fully customisable. We can do the fonts to match your invitations or any of our existing designs and can even add a touch of the design in colour. Please be aware that Colour designs may not show up well on coloured envelopes so it’s best to avoid green leaves on Sage Green envelopes for example or pink flowers on pink envelopes. Kraft brown envelopes mute colours considerably too. Tell us which of our existing products has the fonts you like or choose from the lists.
We are not able to print white or very light colours onto dark envelopes.
If you have your own font suggestion, let us know, and we’ll see if we have the matching font or something similar. Please allow an extra day or two for proofs.

FONTS: Please note that some fonts have what looks like a lower-case letter as a capital. Please look at the images carefully to ensure you understand what your font will look like, particularly with letters such as A, G, and N. If you have opted for the ‘Other’ option, you can have the names & addresses all in the same font or choose 2 different ones to make the names stand out. The photos show the main fonts we use. Please just ask if you can’t find what you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can find to match.

QUANTITY: There is a minimum order quantity of 10 envelopes, or you can purchase a non-personalised sample using the button at the top of the listing.

PROOFS: If you’ve selected the ‘Other’ option because you wish to tweak a design, change a font, or even provide one of your own designs, we will draw up a single proof of one of your addresses within approximately 2 – 3 working days. Envelopes will not go to print without your approval. Please note that all ‘Other’ designs will require a proof before printing so please allow additional time for this, particularly if your design is bespoke.

We do not correct typos such as misspelling, capital letters, extra spaces/commas etc. Please ensure that you have written out any information exactly as you would like to have it printed as we will copy and paste it. Personalised items are excluded from returns.

Approximate Envelope Sizes:
C5 envelope 16.2 x 22.9cm / 6.4” x 9” (fits an A5 card)
5x7” envelope is slightly larger at 13.3cm x 18.4cm (to fit a 5x7”/12.7cm x 17.8cm card)
Square envelopes 15.5cm / 6.1”
C6 envelope 11.4cm x 16.2cm / 4.5” x 6.4” (fits an A6 card)

Mini C7 & Small Square sized envelopes cannot be personalised as they are too small to fit through our printers. To purchase small blank envelopes, please use our other listings.

Dark envelopes cannot be personalised as we are unable to print white or light colours.

Sizes can vary slightly from batch to batch (+/- 2mm) because heated machinery can expand causing minor changes. Subtle variations in cutting and folding can also occur as well as small variances between manufacturers.

1.    Choose your options using the drop-down menus. The options are all described in detail on the PRODUCT INFORMATION tab.
2.    If you have opted for the RSVP/single address, please just write it out in the notes. It will be printed using the fonts of your chosen design. We’ll get them printed and dispatched as soon as possible.
3.    If your envelopes are individually addressed, please send us a completed spreadsheet as described in the Product Information.
4.    If you have chosen to tweak an existing design or wish to provide one of your own, please email us after checkout with full details. We will then draw up a proof for you as they will not go to print without your approval. Proofs will usually be drawn up within 2 – 3 working days. Once you have approved them, we will aim to print and dispatch them within 3 – 6 working days, usually sooner.

Remember to add shipping time to the processing times quoted above. Once your order has been dispatched, timing is completely out of our hands. Delivery can take longer than Royal Mail quoted times so if you need your order quickly, please select a faster shipping option. Priority Processing is also available to select during checkout if you are in a real hurry.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
