Eager to see our designs in person before placing your full order? Our wedding invitation samples make it easy to explore the quality, colours, and finishes we offer across all collections. Choose from printed or foiled samples, gatefolds, save the dates, menus, or on the day stationery, all carefully created in our Cotswold studio. You can order a generic design sample, a personalised sample featuring your own wording, or a digital proof to preview your layout on screen. Samples are the perfect way to find the finish and style that feels just right for your day.
Why order a sample? A sample helps you see and feel the quality before committing to a full order. It gives you a clear idea of the print finish, colour tones, and how the design will look in real life.
Can I personalise my sample? Yes, you can. Choose a personalised sample to see your own details printed on the design, or select a generic version if you’d simply like to explore the quality and layout first.
Do you offer digital samples? We do. A digital sample (PDF proof) allows you to view your design layout on screen before ordering a printed version. This is perfect if you are still finalising wording or colour choices.
What types of stationery can I order as a sample? You can order samples of almost everything we create, including save the dates, wedding invitations, order of service, menus, tags, and vellum wraps. You can also explore gatefold and tri fold options to compare different layouts and folds.
Can I request a specific design? Absolutely. If you already have a design in mind from our collection, you can select that style when ordering. Or, if you would like to explore a few options, feel free to order multiple samples to compare.
What happens next? Once you have chosen your favourite, simply return to that design’s main listing to place your full order. You can customise colours, wording, and quantities at checkout, and our friendly team will be in touch to finalise all details.
Need something bespoke? We can create custom stationery samples tailored to your vision, whether that means a unique size, layout, or special finishing touch. Just get in touch and we will be happy to help bring your ideas to life.
Generic samples are pre-printed examples of our designs that give you a feel for our quality, printing, and finish. We will always try to send the exact design you have selected, but if that particular sample is not already printed, we will include a selection of similar styles to help you get a good idea of how your chosen design will look. We always aim to get as close as possible to your chosen options so that you can see the relevant materials, finishes, and layout in person.
A personalised sample is created especially for you. You can fully customise the wording and details, and we will send digital proofs until you are completely happy with the layout. Once you have approved your design, we will print and post your sample so you can see a full, finished example of your invitation before placing a full order.
An electronic sample is a digital version of your chosen product that you can view on screen. We will send proofs for review and make any changes you would like until you are completely happy with the design. This option is ideal if you are still deciding on your stationery or want to see a preview before committing to print. Once finalised, we keep your design on file so it is ready to go if you decide to place a full order later.
