Our large Wedding Timeline signs and posters help your guests keep track of the day’s events and be in the right place at the right time. Available in any design to match other stationery. Each one is printed onto your choice of a quality smooth white card for framing or onto a rigid, sturdy, water-resistant Foamex board.  All printing is done onto a white background. We can alter almost any aspect of the Timeline so if you would like something altered, please don’t hesitate to ask.

About this product

Our Timelines are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. Choose whether you’d like it portrait or landscape and choose the design and fonts. Vintage, modern, floral, delicate, bold, plain, we've got wedding stationery to suit everyone's style. Perfect no matter what time of year you are getting married. If you’ve bought stationery from us in the past, then we can edit these to match.

They are easily adapted for any other occasion such as birthdays, balls, christenings, sporting events etc.

Product Information

Your Timeline sign is fully customisable from font to layout to colours. If you’d like icons that are different to any pictured anywhere on our website, please check with us beforehand so that we can be sure we have something suitable available. If you’d prefer something without the icons/pictures, just add a note to this order.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
FOAMEX
Foamex is a PVC foam board which is reasonably lightweight yet very hardwearing due to its fine cell structure and flat, non-crumbling surface. We use a quality 5mm rigid, hardwearing, water-resistant Foamex board.  All printing is done onto a white background. These are great for standing on an easel for display or for simply leaning up against a prop.

2mm CARD
Our white poster card is a 2mm thick, uncoated card that is ideal for framing or simply pinning up onto a board. Please note that it CANNOT be rolled up! If you need to be able to roll it up for transport, please opt for a 235gsm poster instead.

235gsm POSTER
A lovely thick, single-sided, white 235gsm satin, coated paper. Satin paper achieves a better colour and density than uncoated paper and can also be gently wiped clean. It can crease easily so care is needed when handling. This will arrive rolled up in a tube and is suitable for easy transport. If you would prefer the satin option, please let us know when ordering. Otherwise, your table plan poster will be printed onto the white 2mm card. Please note that these posters cannot have printing on the back of them.

LAYOUT
You can opt to have your table plan portrait/vertical or landscape/horizontal.

DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING
Choose to have something printed onto the back of your timeline (excludes table plan). Keep it the same front and back so that you can suspend your table plan for viewing from both sides (ask us if you’d like drill holes) or opt to have a sign or Order of the Evening printed onto the back. The choice is yours. It is fully customisable.

DRILLED HOLES
You can have 6mm drill holes* in the top 2 corners or in all 4 corners if you are planning on hanging or suspending your Foamex board for viewing from both sides. This takes the hassle out of hanging and is far easier than measuring up yourself and hunting around for a suitable drill. Drill holes are 6mm as standard. If you need larger 8mm or 10mm holes, please add a note to your order.

Colours of poster and Foamex products can vary slightly from the proofs and any previous printed products you may have had from us as a different printing process is used.

TIMING
Please try and allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for any amendments, proofs, printing, and delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please select the Priority Processing option from the first checkout page as well as a faster shipping option. Please see our information on Delivery for further details.

HOW DO I SEND THE DETAILS?
Email us at contact@vintageprints.co.uk with all the details you would like on your Timeline. Please send all text typed exactly as you would like it to appear as we copy and paste. Please do not try to use tabbing or spacing to space information out. Please either send details in a table or just list items in simple lists so that we can copy and paste things individually if need be. We will create electronic proofs for you so that you have plenty of opportunity to make changes. Nothing goes to print until you are happy with it. Approved proofs are final, and we do not therefore limit the number of changes you can make to your electronic proofs within reason. If it’s not on the proof, it won’t print on the final product so please check them very carefully.

All sizes are approximate:
A2 (42 x 59.4 cm)
A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm)

Order Process

Select the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience. Please don’t format it by trying to centre it on the page with tabs or spacing. We do this ourselves using graphics software.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 - 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. We do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 2 weeks plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout and be sure to also select a fast shipping option.

Shipping

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
