Each tag is available in a range of shapes and colours to suit your style. Please refer to the main listings for all personalisation options. Choose from a variety of shapes, with optional grommets in gold or silver and your choice of ribbon, velvet, twine or tassel. A wide selection of card types and colours is available.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS EXPLAINED Tag Shape Choose from a selection of our signature tag shapes.
Preferred Card Colour Choose your preferred main tag colour from our selection. Most of our generic tags are printed on Premium Cream 350gsm card. We will endeavour to send your preferred option but if not available, will include a swatch of your choice. Each card type is carefully chosen for its quality, print finish and ability to complement your chosen ribbon or backing card.
Grommet All tags will be supplied with a hole punched. Add a polished finish and extra durability with an optional metal grommet. Available in gold or silver, these neatly reinforce the punched hole and provide a refined detail when paired with ribbon, twine or tassels. The colour you will receive with your sample will depend on what has been pre-pressed.
Backing Card Mounting the tag onto a coloured backing card adds depth and contrast. Choose your preferred option from a selection of shades, from soft neutrals to rich, bold tones, to complement your chosen colour scheme. If your choice is not available as a pre-printed sample, we will include a swatch. Additional colours, including pearlescent finishes, are available on request. Please contact us if you’d like to explore these options. Backing card will be glued in place unless you specify otherwise.
Tassels, Twine or Ribbon Finish your tags with your choice of tassel, twine or ribbon for a coordinated look. • Velvet ribbon (10mm single-sided) adds a soft, luxurious touch. • Satin ribbon (3mm double-sided) is ideal for a classic, polished finish. • Twine offers a simple, natural style. • Tassels provide an elegant decorative detail.
Each option is available in a wide range of colours to match your chosen theme. Please note that exact shades can vary slightly between ribbon types and may occasionally change depending on supplier availability.
Tags with backing cards will arrive pre-glued and ready to use. Any ribbon, twine or tassels will be threaded through, so that your sample shows the finished product.
If you wish to receive a personalised sample with your own information or in a different shape or size, please email us with your requirements and we’ll see if we can arrange something separately for you.
Tag sizes vary depending on the shape you select. Please refer to our sizing image for approximate dimensions. Custom shapes can be created up to a maximum finished size of 8.4cm x 7cm. If you require a larger size, please contact us for a quote as this may incur an additional charge.
Ribbon and twine lengths are approximately 30cm. Please note that all measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to cutting tolerances.

Shipping will depend on your choice during checkout. Royal Mail has changed the delivery frequency of 2nd class postage so if you need your order relatively quickly, we would recommend choosing a faster shipping option.

These are our generic sample favour tags, designed to help you see the size, shape, and quality of our tags in person before placing a full order. Your sample will be created using a random design and printed on a random card colour combination in the tag shape you select, allowing you to get a true feel for the finish and overall look.
Alongside the sample tag, you will also receive card colour swatches in the colours you are interested in. This gives you the opportunity to compare tones, textures, and thicknesses, and to see how different card colours look in real life rather than on screen.
