Our Digital Foil Save the Dates use a specialist foiling process that creates a smooth, reflective finish without the deep impression of traditional foil pressing. This modern technique applies foil with precision, producing a sleek and professional result at a lower cost than letterpress foiling. Unlike heat-stamped methods, digital foiling offers outstanding detail and greater flexibility for custom designs or smaller print runs.

Each Save the Date is fully customisable, so you can personalise every element including the wording, layout, foil colour, and card stock. Whether you prefer a minimalist look or something more distinctive, we can adapt the design to suit your style. Choose from shimmering gold, silver, rose gold, or copper foil for a luxurious finish that catches the light beautifully. If you have a specific font, layout, or a completely bespoke idea in mind, we’ll be delighted to create it for you.

Magnet Option
Keep your Save the Date front and centre. Our peel and stick magnets make sure your guests won’t forget your big day (or lose it in a pile of post). These arrive separately so you can place them exactly where you want them.

Envelope Choices

• Included: Kraft brown envelopes as standard, with other colours available as an upgrade.
• Liners: Available in white or cream, either loose for a fun DIY touch or preassembled by us. Matching designs are standard, but you can request something different if you prefer. Foiled liners are also available, just contact us for details.
• Stickers: Optional matching stickers in matt heart, round matt, gloss, or transparent finishes.
• Addressed Envelopes: Add individually addressed C6 envelopes for a professional finish and one less thing to write. Simply select this upgrade when ordering.

Order Quantity

• Minimum order of 10 per variation (for example, day, evening, or different language versions).
• We always recommend ordering a few extras, because guest lists have a sneaky way of growing and reprints for just a few cards end up pricier.

‘Create’ your invitation pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to contact@vintageprints.co.uk afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch. We always email separately to confirm an order.

Please note that once we send foiling orders to print, the order cannot be changed! By sending them to print you confirm that all the details are correct on the proofs. If you are unsure about any detail at all then please ask before approving them. And please get someone else to proofread them too! Please ensure all elements of your order are shown on your proofs including stickers, sleeves, addressed envelopes etc. You are responsible for ensuring the proofs at the time of approval are correct even if you had previously requested edits in an email. If they are not visible on the proofs, they have been missed so you must point it out to us.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs (longer if you have luxe bonding). The whole process normally takes around 2 weeks plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly, please select Priority Processing during checkout. Please also be sure to select a faster shipping method if you’d like your order quicker. Next Day Courier is the fastest.
