Foil envelope liners are one of those little details that make a big difference. As soon as your guest opens the envelope, the shiny foil design catches the light and sets the tone for what’s inside. It’s a simple way to make your invitations feel extra special, a bit luxurious, and really thoughtfully put together. All of our foil liners can be personalised to suit your stationery and are available in gold, silver, copper and rose gold, so you can choose the finish that feels just right for your wedding.
What can I pair these with?
Foil envelope liners work beautifully with any of our invitation styles. You can add them to a full stationery suite or order them separately to elevate existing invitations. Choose one of the designs shown above or opt for our Any Design foil liner if you already have artwork you would like us to use.
How does digital foiling work?
Our liners are finished using a digital foiling process. This uses a specialist toner and foil combination that is fused together under heat, allowing for very fine detail and a crisp, consistent finish across every liner. It is ideal for monograms, delicate illustrations and clean line work, without the setup costs of traditional foiling.
Artwork notes you should know about
Foiling must be supplied as its own separate artwork and cannot be applied on top of printed areas. This is important when using your own design, as foil and print need to be clearly separated. If you are unsure whether your artwork will work, you are very welcome to email it to us before placing your order and we can advise.
Ordering alongside your invitations
If you are ordering invitations at the same time, we will make sure the liners work seamlessly with the rest of your stationery. Samples are also available if you would like to see the foil finish in person before committing to a full order.
