Our blind debossed wedding invitations are all about understated detail and texture. Using pressure rather than ink or foil, each design is pressed directly into the card to create a soft, indented finish that catches the light beautifully. The result is a clean, timeless invitation that feels as special as it looks.
We offer two options depending on what you’re looking for. Our Signature collection features pre made debossed designs, making it a more cost effective choice, while our Bespoke option allows us to create a completely custom debossed design just for you. You can start from scratch, send your own artwork, or choose from our design ideas which can be tailored and made into a brand new plate.

What is blind debossing? Blind debossing is created by pressing a design into the card using a custom made metal plate and high pressure. This leaves a soft, indented impression without any ink or foil. It’s a subtle, tactile finish that catches the light beautifully and gives a refined, high end feel.
How is blind debossing made? Each design is pressed into the card using a metal plate that has been engraved with your artwork. The plate is mounted onto our press, and the design is impressed into the card with pressure. Because no ink is used, the finish relies entirely on the depth and detail of the impression, which is why the choice of design and card stock is so important.
What is the difference between Signature and Bespoke? Our Signature collection features designs where the debossing plates have already been created. The design itself stays the same, but all wording can be fully personalised. This makes it a quicker and more cost effective option.
Our Bespoke collection involves creating a brand new debossing plate specifically for your order. This allows for a completely custom design, whether you are starting from scratch, sending your own artwork, or choosing one of our design ideas. As a new plate is made just for you, this option is priced higher than our Signature collection.
Can I customise the design? Yes, all of our invitations can be personalised with your wording and layout. If you choose from our Signaturecollection, the debossed design itself remains fixed, but we can adjust the text to suit your wedding.
If you would like to change the design itself, include specific elements, or create something completely unique, our Bespoke option would be the best choice.
