t can be difficult to choose your stationery with so many different formats and finishes available. Ordering a sample is a great way to see the quality, colours, and size in person before placing a full order. All samples are non-personalised and selected at random from previous orders, based on the layout you choose. They are designed to give you a feel for the card stock and print, not the content.
Whether you're finalising your table plan layout or simply exploring your options, our sample cards provide a useful reference point. You'll be able to check how different sizes display guest names and how well they suit the overall aesthetic of your event.
All samples are generic and chosen at random. They serve to show you the size, quality, style, and colour of your chosen Table Plan Card. We do not personalise them in any way and you will receive a sample as shown in the images, but with your selected options such as card type. There is no need to send us any details. We’ll dispatch your sample as soon as possible, usually within 1 or 2 working days.
Please note that sample long top table cards may be folded to keep postage costs down. Fully personalised orders are always delivered flat.
Cards are available in the following approximate sizes:
Small Table Card (A6): 10.5 x 14.8 cm
Medium Table Card (5x7”): 12.7 x 17.8 cm
Large Table Card (A5): 14.8 x 21 cm
Small Long Top Table Card: Up to A4 in length (10.5 x 29.7 cm)
Medium & Large Long Top Table Cards: Sized proportionately to match your selected table card size
These sizes help you visualise how your guest names will be laid out in the final design. You can also compare how each card works with your planned display method – whether you're framing them, pinning to a board, or attaching them with pegs or ribbon.

Generic Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.
Our table plan cards are a flexible and creative way to display your seating plan. They work beautifully stuck to a mirror or map, placed into individual frames, or pegged or tied to ribbon or string for a relaxed and personal setup. You can also choose to have your table plan cards backed onto a coloured card of your choice to create a layered look.
