Our foiled sleeves or belly bands are designed to add a striking finishing touch to your invitation set. The metallic foil catches the light beautifully and works just as well for subtle details as it does for bold statement designs.

You can choose exactly which elements are foiled, from names and dates through to full patterns or borders. Whether you prefer something minimal or more decorative, each design is tailored to your requirements.

These sleeves are supplied as a standalone product for DIY use or to complement a previous order. If you are ordering alongside foil invitations, please select the sleeve option within the invitation listing instead.

Sleeve Colour
Sleeves with foiling are available on smooth paper stocks only:

Warm White 150gsm
A soft warm toned white designed to match our warm white 340gsm cardstock.

Smooth White 160gsm
A clean bright white designed to match our 330gsm card range.

Vellum
A translucent option for a lighter, more delicate finish.

As with all paper products, slight shade variations can occur between batches. If you are unsure, we always recommend ordering a sample first.

What Design Can I Have?
Any design at all. You can choose from our existing ranges, request changes to a design, or provide your own artwork.

We can adjust colours, layout and wording to suit your stationery. If you have a specific idea, feel free to send over images or inspiration and we will let you know what is possible.

If you are supplying your own design, you can email files in PDF, JPEG or PNG format. Canva designs can be shared via a link.

Please note that foiling cannot overlap or sit too closely with colour print. These are applied in separate runs and even slight movement can cause misalignment. Any colour is printed after foiling and will sit on top.

How Do I Send My Files?
If you are using Canva, simply share a link with us.

If you are using Illustrator or Photoshop, you can send your working files.

For all other formats, please provide high resolution files in CMYK colour.

Foil artwork must be supplied as a separate file in solid black only. All standard print should be in a separate file. Vector files are always preferred where possible.

Variations
All sleeves in a single order will be identical unless guest names are selected. In this case, only the names will change. All other text and design elements will remain the same.

If you require different designs or wording, these must be ordered separately. The minimum order quantity of 30 will apply to each version.

Sleeve Size: 
Small, suitable for A6 invitations

Foil Colour
We offer gold, rose gold, copper and silver foiling. If you would like to see the foil colours in person, you can order a generic sample and leave a note asking for additional foil swatches to be included.

Guest Names 
Add individual guest name(s) to each sleeve. This works particularly well when wrapping around menus or place settings.

Please provide your list of names in a Word document or Excel spreadsheet. All names must be typed in a simple list with no numbering, symbols or blank lines, so that we can copy and paste them directly.

We are unable to work from photos of lists.

Sleeve Stickers
Stickers are used to secure the sleeve once wrapped around your invitations.

Choose from matt white, gloss white or transparent.

Matching Sticker
Have your stickers printed to match your design. You can choose for these to be with or without foil.

Your Text
Use this box to include your wording or any notes for your order. If you prefer, you can email your wording to us after placing your order.

If you need to send any artwork or files, these must be emailed to us separately.

Select your options and quantity from the drop-down menus to see your price update. Once you are happy with your selections, add the item to your basket to place your order.

Add any wording or notes to the ‘Your Text’ box or email your information to us after placing your order. Please note that any files, images or artwork will need to be sent by email.

Once your order has been placed, we will create a digital proof using the information you have provided, usually within 2 to 3 working days. This will be emailed to you for review.

You are welcome to request amendments to your proof until you are completely happy. Nothing is printed without your approval. If you are unsure about any detail at all, please ask before approving your proof as proofs are final.

If you have not received your proof within 3 working days, please check your spam folder and then get in touch with us.

Once approved, your order will be printed, foiled and dispatched within 5 to 6 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected during checkout. If you need your order sooner, you can select Priority Processing at checkout and choose the fastest delivery method available for your postcode.
