Our fan-shaped menus are fully customisable to suit any dining experience, from formal wedding breakfasts to informal buffets. They’re perfect for adding a personal touch to each guest’s place setting and can include wine, cocktail, vegan, vegetarian, or children’s menus or even be personalised with each guest’s name and personal meal choice.
Printed on high-quality card, these menus are duplexed for a luxurious feel and durability, with the added option to choose two complementary card colours for the front and back, ensuring your menus perfectly match your event’s theme. Each menu is finished with a grommet for a neat and polished look, and an optional tassel can be added for an extra flourish.
We can also coordinate the rest of your on-the-day stationery to match your chosen design, ensuring a seamless look throughout your celebration. If you’d like a different font, colour, or design tweak, just add a note to your order. We’re always happy to help!
We’re often asked whether items from our wedding stationery range can be personalised or adapted and the answer is always YES! Our fan-shaped menus can be fully personalised in any of our existing designs, or we can create something bespoke or use your own design. Simply use this listing and add a note to your order. If you already have a design ready, please email it to us first so we can check it’s suitable for printing.
Because of the wide variety of styles and colours we offer, photographing every possible option would take years! We’ve included examples in this listing, but please don’t hesitate to ask if you’re looking for something different.

LET’S BEGIN SIZE: Available in 2 sizes: Mini and Standard. Please refer to the sizing tab for measurements.
FRONT CARD COLOUR: Select your primary card colour from our range of stock colours. If you don’t see the shade you’re looking for, please get in touch as we have many more options available. Please note that due to the nature of CMYK printing, we are unable to print standard designs onto dark coloured backgrounds.
BACK CARD COLOUR: These are double-layered menus, so you can also choose the same or a contrasting backing card colour. If you would like to have any printing on the back, please select one of the lighter shades.
We have a wide selection of cardstock available including everything from pastel colours through bold statement colours to pearlescent finishes. As we don’t stock all colours as standard, please just get in touch to request any not listed.
PRINTING ON BACK: If you’d like to add extra details to the back of your menus, this option is perfect for you! The back design will be the same across all menus in your order, making it ideal for sharing consistent information with your guests. You could include your Order of the Day, a thank you message, a drinks list, or even a fun quiz for guests to enjoy between courses.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS GROMMET: Choose your colour. A gold or silver grommet (often referred to as rivet, brad, or fastener) is added to each menu for a neat and professional finish, creating a polished look for your event menus.
MENU TYPE: If all your menus are the same (set menu), simply select one of the identical menu options, adjust the quantity, and add them to your basket. If you’d like a couple of different versions (e.g. vegetarian or children’s menus), select the appropriate option and add each type to your basket separately.
GUEST NAMES If you’re using set menus as place cards, you can also add guest names. Just send us a simple list in sentence case (no preceding dashes/bullet points or numbering please). Even if the font you’ve chosen is in all caps, please write the names normally — we’ll convert them automatically to match your chosen font.
VARIOUS (SPREADSHEET REQUIRED) If you need every menu to be individually personalised for each guest with their individual meal choices, select the Various (Spreadsheet) option. We’ll need a spreadsheet with the guest names and their menu selections typed out in full. Click to download our spreadsheet template. Detailed instructions are on the spreadsheet.
ACTUAL EVENT DATE: Please tell us the actual date of your event (not an earlier date)! This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure you’ve selected the correct shipping option. Don’t worry, you can also tell us the date you’d actually like to receive it by below or in your notes, even if it’s weeks in advance!
WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY? Please let us know the date you absolutely need your menus to arrive by, but only if it’s essential that they arrive before your event date. We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, so in most cases it’s not necessary to provide an earlier date unless you have a genuine reason (for example, you’re travelling to your venue or have other deadlines to meet).
If you do enter a required date, please ensure it aligns with the shipping option you’ve selected at checkout and consider whether priority processing is necessary. Unnecessarily early dates can cause delays for other customers and add to our admin time, so please only provide a date here if it’s genuinely needed.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING Please take both processing time and shipping time into account when selecting your postage option during checkout. Remember, processing time is separate from shipping time. To work out the best option, start with the date you need to receive your order and count backwards to ensure enough time for both processing and delivery.
If you need your order quickly, you can select Priority Processing to speed up the production time. For faster delivery, be sure to choose one of our express shipping options at checkout.
YOUR WORDING: You can write us a note for your order here if it’s simply one set menu. For more complex orders, such as personalised menus with names and choices, please email us at contact@vintageprints.co.uk with your menu details (spreadsheets cannot be uploaded directly to our website).
Looking for something extra special? We can also create a beautiful three-layered menu design, featuring a middle layer in a different colour to add extra depth and interest. Foiling and debossing/embossing options are also available. Just ask us for details, and we’ll be delighted to help you bring your vision to life.

Select all your options as described in detail in the Product Information section. If you only need to provide information for a set menu you can include it with the order or simply email it to us afterwards at your convenience.
If you have opted to have your menus individually personalised, please email the information in a spreadsheet. Each menu must be on one row. Each line of text on the menu must be in one column (Name, Starter, Main, Dessert). We’d be happy to send you a spreadsheet template.
Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us personally within 3 working days, please get in touch. We always email you separately from the automatic order confirmation to acknowledge an order.
We normally print an order within about 6 – 7 working days after you have approved any proofs. They take slightly longer than standard print items as duplexing needs up to 48 hours to dry. The whole process normally takes around 8 – 10 working days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly, please select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout. Please consider the courier option or ask us about Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed) if delivery is time critical as neither 1st nor 2nd Class Royal Mail postage is guaranteed and can take a lot longer than quoted.
After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.
Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days. Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days. *Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).
*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands. If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.
FAST TRACK ORDERS *If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs. Please contact us for availability before placing your order. Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout. We recommend selecting our Next Day delivery service (UK mainland only. Weekends & holidays excluded).
